This website is provided through ChatGPT Sites. For users in the European Economic Area, the service provider is OpenAI Ireland Limited, 1st Floor, The Liffey Trust Centre, 117–126 Sheriff Street Upper, Dublin 1, D01 YC43, Ireland.

When the website is accessed, technically necessary information may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer URL, browser, device and operating-system information. The purposes are delivery, stability and security of the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

OpenAI processes hosted data as a processor. According to OpenAI, transfers outside the EEA are based on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. Further information is available in the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum and OpenAI's EU privacy policy.

3. Contact enquiries

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your information to answer the enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

This website does not use a contact form. You can contact us via an email link, by phone or through WhatsApp. Data is only transmitted to the relevant provider after you actively choose that contact method. Enquiries are deleted when they are no longer required unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. YouTube video

The interview preview is loaded locally. A connection to YouTube is established only when you actively start the video. The provider in the EEA is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google may process information such as your IP address, device and browser data and your use of the video, including in third countries. The player is activated on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Details are available in Google's privacy policy.

The website links to LinkedIn, YouTube, Digital Bash, WhatsApp and other external services. The WhatsApp contact is implemented as a simple link; a connection to WhatsApp is established only when you actively open it. Merely displaying external links does not transfer data to those providers. Their privacy policies apply once you open the relevant service.

6. Cookies, analytics and fonts

We currently do not use our own analytics or marketing services. The website does not load Google Fonts or comparable external font libraries. A consent banner is therefore not provided for the website's current functions. Technically necessary processing by the hosting service remains unaffected.

7. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for its respective purpose. Statutory retention periods may apply. Technical hosting data is also subject to the hosting provider's terms.

8. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
